Peanut Butter Crunch


1 Cup White Syrup
1 Cup Peanut Butter (Crunch Style)
1 Cup granulated sugar
Half Box Corn Flakes or Krispix (18 oz. size)
Miniature Marshmallows or Shredded Cocoanut may be added.


If using smooth Peanut Butter, add 1 Cup Chopped Pecans.


Mix syrup and sugar in a medium pot and heat over medium heat until sugar melts or mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat and stir in Peanut Butter until it melts. Add Corn Flakes to mixture and stir until all the flakes are coated. If adding Marshmallows or the Cocoanut, do it last. Drop by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray or use wax paper to the line pan. Allow to cool. Should be stored in zip-lock bag.
